We would like to welcome you to our ranch to see our alpacas. We are located west of Trinidad, CO, north of Weston, CO and close to the San Isabel National Forest.

We have 72 acres of mostly Ponderosa Pine. We have about 10 acres of meadow that we keep planted in Brome and Timothy grass. Our alpacas live mostly off hay, alpaca pellets and sweet feed. They like to graze in the meadow during the summer months.

We started out buying our first alpaca by paying some down and the rest in monthly payments. We offer this kind of payment process. We also can do boarding of your alpaca once it is paid for if you aren't set up yet to board them at your residence.

The advantage of owning an alpaca besides the fun of it is that almost 100% of all you pay is tax deductible. That includes the initial cost of the animal, cost for feed, cost for vet, etc. The cost for your building to house them in can be depreciated out over several years.
